Tess built her foundation during six years as Marketing Manager at a Belgian wholesale fashion company with four in-house clothing and footwear brands. In this role, she mastered every aspect of marketing, both online and offline, from planning photoshoots and creating campaigns to managing social media and driving strong brand growth. Working hands-on in the fast-paced fashion industry taught her how to transform a vision into a compelling story that resonates with the right audience.

With The Creative Bar, Tess broadened her scope beyond fashion. She saw the same creative challenges and opportunities in industries like architecture, interior design, beauty, and lifestyle. What excites her most is helping brands, whether brand-new or long-established, define their identity, sharpen their visual language, and communicate authentically with their audience. For Tess, it’s all about listening to the client, uncovering their essence, and shaping it into powerful branding.
